When you submit a demo request through this site, we collect: your name, work email address, organization name, role (optional), and any free-text description you provide of your interest in NormSense. We also passively collect basic server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
We use the information you submit to respond to your demo request, schedule follow-up conversations, and communicate about NormSense access. We use server logs to monitor service health and prevent abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site (for example, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
We retain demo request information for as long as is reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and thereafter as required by applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
