These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the public NormSense website at normsense.com (the "Site"), operated by A Ways Designed Co. LLC. The Terms governing access to the NormSense product itself are provided separately under the user agreement that authenticated users execute.

Informational Use

Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice. You should not rely on Site content as a basis for any decision without independent professional consultation.

No Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. A Ways does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A Ways and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, and the underlying software — is the property of A Ways Designed Co. LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference use.

Demo Requests

Submitting a demo request does not create any obligation on the part of A Ways to provide access, services, or further communication. We evaluate demo requests at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
